Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use govern purchases in the nemo studio online store. Seller: [Full company name], [head office address], registration number [MB], VAT ID [PIB], email nemoostudioo@gmail.com. By purchasing, you confirm that you are familiar with and agree to these terms.

2. Products and Prices

All prices are stated in Serbian Dinars (RSD). The display of prices in Euros is for informational purposes only (at an exchange rate of 1 € = 120 RSD) — the price in Dinars is authoritative. We reserve the right to change prices; for already confirmed orders, the price at the time of ordering applies. Quantity discounts are automatically calculated in the cart.

3. Ordering and Contract Conclusion

The sales contract is concluded when the buyer places an order and receives confirmation. Personalized and GPX modules are made according to the data provided by the buyer; before production, we send a preview for approval.

4. Payment

Payment is possible: cash on delivery (to the courier upon receipt), bank transfer (advance payment), and via PayPal. Details are displayed during ordering.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by courier service. Delivery costs and areas are listed on the Delivery and Payment page.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

Conditions for withdrawal from the contract (14 days) and complaints due to non-conformity are described in detail on the Complaints and Returns page. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized and GPX modules (custom-made goods).

7. Personal Data Protection

We process customer data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and communication. We do not forward data to third parties except when necessary for delivery (courier service) or when required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

The law of the Republic of Serbia applies to these terms. Any disputes will be resolved amicably; otherwise, the competent court with factual and territorial jurisdiction shall be responsible. The consumer also has the right to out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in accordance with the law.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms; the valid version is always published on this page.
